“The murderous, backwoods Firefly family take to the road to escape the vengeful Sheriff Wydell, who is not afraid of being as ruthless as his target.”

Remember how i said “House of 1,000 Corses” was my lease favorite Rob Zombie flick?Well, its sequel is what drew me back in.

Before the credits even roll, we start out with a bang as the Firefly house is raided by police leaving only Otis and Baby to escape. Soon, they pick up their creepy clown dad and off we go on a whirlwind adventure!

I’ll give it to Zombie on this: there are some fucked up people in the world. And he can sure bring them to life in film.

Also, I was watching this with ads and found it completely ironic that they were advertising botox on a movie where a killer cuts off faces. Snicker.

SPOILERS FROM THIS POINT

The good guys don’t always win. That’s one of the main messages of Rob Zombie movies. The psycho killers are fearless and have no rules. That’s what always gives them an edge.

While for a minute at the end, you think maybe they’re done for because that sheriff tosses all law aside, Zombie still circles back with that unexpected edge.

And through there is a firefight at the end, there’s one more movie…
