“Two police officers investigate a domestic dispute and there is an accidental shooting. Not wanting to be crucified by the public, the officers attempt to cover it up – only to uncover that the cameras aren’t the only things watching them.”

I picked this movie because I am also an avid watcher of real bodycam police footage. So, I thought “how are they making this more horrific than it already can be?” Watch and see.

They do not waste time with some “WTF” moments. The dog is dead in the beginning, just a warning here. There is also child death involved as well right away within the first ten minutes.

Just wanted to let you know before even trying this movie. There’s a douchebag cop and a good cop. then, when the DB cop tries to get a hacker to wipe his bodycam, she sees something that spooks her. But what? A symbol. And the spiral continues…

This movie plays a lot on metaphors for drug addiction, superiority complexes and accountability. I wasn’t able to write a lot DURING my watch as the movie hops from one fast-paced moment to the next but in a way that makes you go “Wait, what?” They mix in that there’s a known entity, there’s maybe not. Then the people disappear and reappear?

SPOILERS FROM THIS POINT

While predictable in most parts, the conclusion isn’t half bad. But as always with a lot of found footage – there isn’t a happy ending and the evil wins. Like… meh.
